プライバシーポリシー

当社は、モバイルアプリ「Seshtag（セッシュタグ）」およびこれに付随するサービス（以下「本サービス」）におけるユーザーの個人情報を尊重し、個人情報の保護に関する法律その他の関連法令を遵守して、以下のとおりプライバシーポリシー（以下「本ポリシー」）を定めます。

2. 取得する情報

ユーザーが提供する情報

  • アカウント情報：メールアドレス、パスワード（ハッシュ化して保存）、電話番号（任意）、ユーザー名、ユーザーID（@ハンドル）、生年月日（年齢確認のため）、プロフィール画像。
  • ユーザーコンテンツ：メッセージ、写真・画像、ストーリー、アルバム、パートナー機能への回答、フレンド関係、ゲームのスコア・実績等。

自動的に取得する情報

  • 位置情報：ユーザーが許可した場合に限り、アプリ利用中（フォアグラウンド）に取得します。バックグラウンドでは取得しません。共有の精度・範囲は「ゴーストモード」で制御でき、共有はフレンド等の関係者に限られます。
  • 端末・技術情報：プッシュ通知トークン、端末の種類・OS、アプリのバージョン。
  • 利用状況・不具合情報：機能の利用状況等のイベント情報、クラッシュ・エラーの技術ログ。
  • 購入情報：サブスクリプションの購入・更新状況（決済はAppleが処理し、当社はカード番号を取得しません）。

3. 利用目的

  • 本サービスの提供・維持・改善、およびアカウント認証のため。
  • フレンド、メッセージ、位置共有、ストーリー、ゲーム、パートナー機能等を提供するため。
  • 「すれ違い」機能により、近くにいる利用者を距離帯（おおよその範囲）で表示するため。
  • プッシュ通知の配信、サブスクリプションの管理・課金のため。
  • 不正利用の防止、安全性の確保、お問い合わせ対応、法令遵守のため。

4. 外部サービス（委託先・第三者提供）

当社はユーザーの個人情報を販売しません。本サービスの運営に必要な範囲で、以下の事業者に取扱いを委託または提供します。一部は日本国外（米国）に所在します。

  • Supabase（米国）― 認証・データベース・ファイル保存の基盤
  • Expo（Expo Push）（米国）― プッシュ通知の配信
  • PostHog（米国）― 利用状況の分析
  • Sentry（米国）― 不具合・クラッシュの解析
  • Apple Inc.（米国ほか）― App内課金・配信

法令に基づく開示請求があった場合、または当社の権利・ユーザーの安全を守るために必要な場合を除き、上記以外の第三者に開示しません。

5. 外国にある第三者への提供

前項のとおり、個人情報の取扱いの一部を外国（主に米国）に所在する事業者に委託または提供します。当社は個人情報保護法に基づき、これらの事業者において適切な取扱いが継続されるよう必要な措置を講じます。ユーザーは本ポリシーに同意のうえ本サービスを利用することにより、当該移転に同意するものとします。

6. すれ違い機能における配慮

「すれ違い」機能は、任意でオンにした利用者のみが対象です。近接判定はサーバー側で行い、他の利用者には正確な座標や距離ではなく、おおよその距離帯のみが表示されます。フレンド、ブロックした相手、位置を非共有（固定）に設定した利用者は対象から除外されます。

7. データの保存期間

アカウントが有効な間、または本ポリシーの目的に必要な期間、情報を保存します。アカウント削除後は、法令上の保存義務がある場合を除き、合理的な期間内に削除または匿名化します。

8. 安全管理

当社は、通信の暗号化（TLS）、保存データへのアクセス制御、権限の限定等、合理的な技術的・組織的措置を講じます。ただしインターネット送信の完全な安全性を保証するものではありません。

9. ユーザーの権利・アカウント削除

ユーザーは自己の情報の開示・訂正・削除・利用停止を請求できます。アカウントおよび関連データの削除は、アプリ内の「マイページ → アカウントを削除」からいつでも行え、削除するとプロフィール・フレンド・メッセージ・スコア等のデータが完全に削除されます。

10. 年齢制限

本サービスは飲酒を伴う場面を想定した機能を含むため、20歳以上の方のみご利用いただけます。当社は登録時に生年月日の入力を求め、20歳未満の方の利用を認めず、意図的に20歳未満の個人情報を取得しません。

11. 本ポリシーの変更

当社は本ポリシーを随時改定することがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、本サービスまたは本ページにて通知します。

We respect your privacy. This Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information in connection with the "Seshtag" app and related services (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to this Policy.

2. Information We Collect

  • Account: email, password (hashed), phone (optional), username, user ID (@handle), date of birth (age verification), profile photo.
  • User content: messages, photos, stories, albums, partner-question answers, friend connections, game scores.
  • Location: only with permission and only while the app is in use (foreground). No background location. Controlled by "Ghost Mode"; limited to your connections.
  • Device/technical: push token, device type & OS, app version.
  • Usage & diagnostics: feature-usage events and crash/error logs.
  • Purchases: subscription status (payments handled by Apple; we never receive card numbers).

3. How We Use Information

To provide and improve the Service; authenticate accounts; power friends, messaging, location sharing, stories, games, and partner features; show nearby users as approximate distance bands via "Surechigai"; send push notifications; manage subscriptions; prevent abuse; ensure safety; and comply with law.

4. Processors

We do not sell personal information. We share data only with processors needed to run the Service; some are in the USA: Supabase (auth/database/storage), Expo (push), PostHog (analytics), Sentry (crash diagnostics), Apple (purchases/distribution).

5. International Transfers

Some processing occurs outside Japan (primarily the USA). We take measures required under Japan's Act on the Protection of Personal Information; by using the Service you consent to these transfers.

6. Crossed-Paths (Surechigai) Safeguards

Only opted-in users are included. Proximity is computed server-side; others see only an approximate distance band — never exact coordinates. Friends, blocked users, and users who froze their location are excluded.

7. Retention · 8. Security

We retain data while your account is active or as needed, then delete/anonymize within a reasonable period unless legally required. We use TLS in transit and access controls; no transmission is fully guaranteed secure.

9. Your Rights & Account Deletion

You may request access, correction, deletion, or suspension. Delete your account and all data in-app via My Page → Delete Account, or by contacting us.

10. Age Restriction

Because the Service includes features for drinking contexts, it is available only to users aged 20 or older. We collect date of birth at registration and do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 20.
