利用規約

本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、当社が提供するモバイルアプリ「Seshtag（セッシュタグ）」およびこれに付随するサービス（以下「本サービス」）の利用条件を定めるものです。ユーザーは本サービスを利用することにより、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。

1. 利用資格・年齢

本サービスは飲酒を伴う場面を想定した機能を含むため、満20歳以上の方のみご利用いただけます。ユーザーは、満20歳以上であり、本規約を締結する法的能力を有することを表明・保証します。当社は登録時に生年月日の確認を行い、20歳未満の方の利用を認めません。

2. アカウント

ユーザーは、登録情報を正確に保ち、アカウントおよびパスワードの管理に責任を負います。アカウントの不正利用が判明した場合は速やかに当社へご連絡ください。

3. サブスクリプション・課金

• 本サービスは、有料のサブスクリプション（例：月額 ¥480／年額 ¥3,840）を提供する場合があります。価格はApp Store上の表示が優先されます。
• 自動更新：現在の期間終了の24時間前までに解約しない限り自動的に更新され、Apple IDに課金されます。
• 解約：更新の停止は、iOSの「設定 → Apple ID → サブスクリプション」からいつでも行えます。
• 支払い：決済はApple（App内課金）を通じて行われ、Appleの規約が適用されます。返金はAppleのポリシーに従います。

4. 飲酒に関する注意

• 20歳未満の飲酒は法律で禁止されています。
• イッキ飲み・飲酒の強要（アルコールハラスメント）は絶対に行わないでください。
• 本サービスのゲーム等の遊び方はすべて任意です。飲酒は各自の判断と責任のもと、節度をもって行ってください。

5. 位置情報・すれ違い機能

本サービスには、位置情報の共有機能および、近くにいる利用者を表示する「すれ違い」機能が含まれます。ユーザーはこれらの機能の利用が任意であることを理解し、共有範囲を自身で管理するものとします。面識のない利用者との交流は自己の責任において行い、実際に会う場合は安全に十分ご注意ください。当社は、ユーザー間の交流・面会に起因する損害について責任を負いません。

6. 禁止事項

• 法令または公序良俗に違反する行為。
• 他のユーザーへの嫌がらせ、脅迫、なりすまし、または同意のない行為の強要。
• 飲酒の強要その他のハラスメント行為。
• 本サービスへの不正アクセス、リバースエンジニアリング、運営妨害。
• 虚偽の位置情報の共有、または他者のプライバシーの侵害。

7. ユーザーコンテンツ

投稿したコンテンツの責任はユーザーが負います。ユーザーは、本サービスの提供に必要な範囲で当該コンテンツを利用する非独占的権利を当社に許諾します。当社は、本規約に違反するコンテンツを削除する場合があります。通報・ブロック機能により、不適切な利用者やコンテンツを報告できます。

8. 知的財産

本サービスおよびそのコンテンツ（ロゴ、デザイン、テキスト、音源等）に関する権利は当社または正当な権利者に帰属します。私的利用の範囲を超える複製・転載を禁じます。

9. 免責事項 ／ 10. 責任の制限

本サービスは「現状有姿」で提供され、当社は特定目的への適合性や無中断・無誤謬を保証しません。法令上認められる範囲で、当社は本サービスの利用に起因する間接損害・特別損害・逸失利益について責任を負いません。

11. 解約・利用停止

ユーザーは「マイページ → アカウントを削除」からいつでもアカウントを削除できます。当社は、本規約違反があった場合、事前の通知なく利用を停止または終了できます。

12. 準拠法・管轄

本規約は日本法に準拠し、本サービスに関して生じる紛争については、東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

Terms of Service (English)

These Terms govern your use of the "Seshtag" app and related services (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to them.

1. Eligibility & Age

Because the Service includes features intended for drinking contexts, it is available only to users aged 20 or older. You represent that you are at least 20 and have capacity to enter these Terms. We verify date of birth at registration.

2. Accounts

Keep your details accurate and safeguard your account and password; notify us of unauthorized use.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid subscriptions may be offered (e.g., ¥480/month or ¥3,840/year); App Store prices control. They auto-renew unless cancelled 24h before the period ends; manage via iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Apple processes payment; refunds follow Apple's policy.

4. Responsible Drinking

Drinking under 20 is prohibited by law in Japan. Never force or pressure anyone to drink. All gameplay is voluntary; drink moderately and at your own responsibility.

5. Location & Crossed-Paths

The Service includes location sharing and a "Surechigai" (crossed-paths) feature. These are optional and you control your sharing scope. Interact with strangers at your own risk and take care if meeting in person. We are not liable for interactions or meetings between users.

6. Prohibited Conduct

No illegal conduct; no harassment, threats, impersonation, or coercion; no pressuring others to drink; no unauthorized access, reverse engineering, or disruption; no false location data or privacy violations.

7. User Content

You are responsible for content you post and grant us a non-exclusive license to operate the Service. We may remove violating content. Report/block tools are provided.

The Service and its content belong to us or our licensors. Provided "as is"; to the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages.

11. Termination

Delete your account anytime via My Page → Delete Account. We may suspend or terminate access for violations without notice.
